What is Elevated HQ?

Elevated HQ is a business advisory consultancy that helps trades and home service owners turn owner-dependent companies into premium, buyer-ready assets. We specialize in valuation readiness, de-risking, operational excellence, and exit planning through our Blueprint to Premium™ framework.

Who is Elevated HQ for?

We work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and home service business owners doing $2M–$20M in revenue who want to grow their company’s value, reduce owner dependency, prepare for a potential exit, or attract private equity interest.

Is Elevated HQ a coaching program?

No. Elevated HQ is not a coaching program. We are a business advisory and execution firm. We don’t give you frameworks to implement on your own — we work alongside you and your leadership team to get the work done, build the systems, and prove the results.

What does Blueprint to Premium™ mean?

Blueprint to Premium™ is our proprietary framework for building a business worth selling. It follows four stages: De-risk, Design, Execute, and Prove — moving owners from a company that depends on them to one that operates, scales, and transfers without them.

How do I get started with Elevated HQ?

Most owners start with the Elevated HQ Value Score™ — a self-serve diagnostic that scores your business out of 100 across 9 critical areas and identifies your top value suppressors in about 12 minutes. From there, you can book a Clarity Session, a Readiness Snapshot, or apply for a full Blueprint to Premium™ engagement.

Do I need to start with the Value Score™?

No. Many owners enter directly into the Readiness Snapshot or Blueprint to Premium™ — particularly those with a clear sense of urgency around exit, PE readiness, or a transition event. The Value Score is the fastest entry point, but it’s not required.

How do I know which engagement is right for me?

If you’re not sure where to start, the Value Score™ gives you a clear picture in 12 minutes. If you want a deeper diagnostic before committing to a full engagement, the Readiness Snapshot is the right move. If you’re ready to build the roadmap, Blueprint to Premium™ is where we start.

Do you work with businesses outside of HVAC and plumbing?

Yes. Our primary focus is trades and home service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, landscaping, and related industries. If your business is in the home service space and doing $2M–$20M, we’re likely a fit.

What is a value suppressor?

A value suppressor is any factor that reduces what a buyer would pay for your business. Common suppressors include owner dependency, weak recurring revenue, poor financial visibility, lack of documented systems, and key-person risk. The Elevated HQ Value Score™ and Readiness Snapshot identify your specific suppressors and prioritize what to fix.

What is owner dependency and why does it matter?

Owner dependency means the business relies on you — your relationships, your decisions, your presence — to function. Buyers discount heavily for owner dependency because it creates risk. Reducing owner dependency is one of the highest-leverage moves you can make to increase business value before a sale.

What is the Multiplier Score™?

The Multiplier Score™ is Elevated HQ’s proprietary diagnostic measurement that scores your business across all value dimensions. It is established as a baseline during the Readiness Snapshot and tracked over time through the Operator Program to show measurable value improvement.

What is the Buyer Confidence File™?

The Buyer Confidence File™ is a tangible proof asset that helps buyers, successors, lenders, and leadership teams trust that your business is transferable and less owner-dependent. It covers financial proof, operational proof, leadership proof, customer and revenue proof, risk mitigation, and diligence readiness.

Do you help with the actual sale of my business?

No. Elevated HQ does not act as a broker or M&A advisor and does not promise a sale price, valuation multiple, buyer outcome, or transaction result. Our promise is readiness, risk reduction, operational proof, and buyer confidence. For Partner tier clients, we coordinate with your CPA, M&A advisor, and legal team as part of the Exit Readiness Track.

How long does it take to build a buyer-ready business?

It depends on where you’re starting. Most owners in the Operator Program see meaningful operational improvements within the first 90 days and measurable value improvements over 12–24 months. The Readiness Snapshot will give you a clear picture of your specific timeline and priorities.

Yes. All Elevated HQ engagements are conducted remotely via Zoom, with structured working sessions, weekly accountability rhythms, and async communication between sessions.
